Repair Inspection

All repair cases require phone inspection before repair confirmation.
Customers may be asked to bring the phone to an ERS Mobile Specialist branch in Kedah.
Inspection helps our technician confirm the repair issue, parts required and repair possibility.

Quotation

Any estimated price shared before inspection is for reference only.
Final quotation is subject to technician inspection, phone model, device condition and parts availability.
Repair work starts only after the customer agrees to the quotation and service details.

Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the repair item, replacement part and phone condition. The warranty period and coverage will be explained before repair confirmation where applicable.

In-store Service Only

ERS Mobile Specialist provides physical mobile phone inspection and repair at our store branches. We do not provide online device control, account recovery service or off-site phone fixing service.

Independent Local Service Provider

ERS Mobile Specialist is an independent local mobile phone repair service provider. We do not represent Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi or any other official phone brand. Brand names may be mentioned only to identify customer device models.
