- 所有维修个案必须先检查手机，才确认维修。
- 客户可能需要把手机带到吉打的 ERS Mobile Specialist 分行。
- 检查ion helps our technician confirm the repair issue, parts required and repair possibility.
报价
- 检查前提供的估价仅供参考。
- 最终报价以技术人员检查、手机型号、手机状况和配件供应为准。
- 客户同意报价和服务详情后才开始维修。
保修
保修 terms depend on the repair item, replacement part and phone condition. The warranty period and coverage will be explained before repair confirmation where applicable.
实体店服务 Only
ERS Mobile Specialist 只在实体分行提供手机检查和维修服务。我们不提供线上设备控制、帐号恢复服务或店外手机维修服务。
独立本地服务商
ERS Mobile Specialist 是独立本地手机维修服务商。我们不代表 Apple、Samsung、Oppo、Vivo、Xiaomi 或其他官方手机品牌。品牌名称仅用于识别客户手机型号。
